Professionalism is the foundation of safe, ethical, and effective health care practice. The way you conduct yourself on placement reflects not only on you, but also on RMIT, your program, and your future profession.
Think of your placement as a long job interview—every action is an opportunity to make a positive impression.
This mandatory module will help you prepare for a safe, effective, and professional placement experience. Through interactive scenarios, realistic examples, and practical tips, you’ll build the knowledge, skills, and professional judgement needed to succeed in your placement and future career.
