Every report of an incident, hazard or near miss, no matter how minor, needs to be investigated so that we can identify what caused the incident and put in place actions to prevent recurrence. This is an important process to ensure that we keep the RMIT community, and the communities in which we operate, as safe as possible. This Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Incident Investigation learning module is aimed at anyone who may lead, or be a member of, a HSW incident investigation team.
