Full course description
Supporting our mental wellbeing is an essential skill for study and life. Mental Wellbeing Essentials offers practical tips and guidance on how you can protect and grow your mental wellbeing whilst studying at RMIT. You will learn about why mental health is important, when and how to seek support for yourself and others, and the five ways to wellbeing. This course takes approximately 15 minutes, and you can obtain a certificate on completion.
