Organisations have a key role to play in implementing and promoting sustainability in our world today. For organisations to play that role, they need sustainability leadership from within their organisation. This course discusses the barriers to implement sustainable practices and how to deal with this while recognising the challenges in balancing competing interests and objectives across sustainability while examining indicators to measure the effectiveness of these efforts.
