This course provides important foundational information on what AI is – and isn’t - for nontechnical and non-specialist employees across a wide variety of industries and work contexts. It examines the use of AI in the world generally and in industry specifically; benefits for business of AI tools and technologies; ethical concerns and other issues associated with AI; and AI adoption strategies and general use-case applications at work
