Welcome to Coding in the Curriculum!

 This cred is the first of 5 credentials that complete the stack, Coding for Teachers. It is designed for secondary school teachers who want to confidently and competently teach fundamental coding principles and practices to secondary school students. The cred is awarded in recognition of learning in the CS in School’s program and successful completion of the assessment task.

 The "Coding in the Curriculum" Cred focuses on the Digital Technologies curriculum. You will be introduced to everyday coding and how it is used in industry. You will also investigate how you can expand learning opportunities for students with coding.

This cred is offered in a blended mode with the majority of the learning undertaken through the CS in School’s program in your classroom and in partnership with a professional computing volunteer.
