This short self-paced course covers four practical modules:
- Module 1: Generative AI Tools – A Practical Guide: Discover AI tools accessible to RMIT Vietnam students and learn how to use them to brainstorm keywords, locate academic information, write code, and create visuals for course tasks.
- Module 2: Evaluate AI-Generated Content: Understand the inherent risks of using AI for academic research and master strategies like lateral and tabbed reading to fact-check sources and evaluate content reliability.
- Module 3: AI Citation and Acknowledgment Guidelines: Gain clarity on academic integrity requirements, learning how to properly cite, reference, and acknowledge AI-generated content in your assessments.
- Module 4: Copyright Risks Associated with Using Generative AI: Identify copyright concerns linked to generative AI outputs and learn concrete actions to mitigate these risks in academic work.
